Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 days to return an item for refund. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Electrical parts are not returnable. Special order parts may not be returnable. All return freight to be paid by the customer.

A: Contact us and we’ll be happy to check the status of your order.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Our prices are already discounted to the lowest possible level, but if you have an unusual request for a high quantity of parts we’d be happy to discuss it with you.

A: We ship all stock parts the same day the order is placed. Non-stock parts depend on the manufacturers lead time.
